Every pattern you run has a tell. You probably already know what yours is. Knowing hasn’t stopped it.
The gates are the ultimate bullshit detector. Not for other people. For the story you are running on yourself. They don’t add anything, don’t require practice, don’t produce a new identity to maintain. They read what is already happening and name it clearly enough that it loses its grip.
The seeing does accelerate the thinning. Not through executing them correctly, but because visibility changes the relationship to the loop. The conviction it ran on starts to cost more than the relief it provides.
Read one. Come back when something feels off.
when nothing is added Base State
Aliveness is the authority. Not the gates. Not the protocol. Not the practice. When aliveness speaks clearly , the impulse to draw, to move, to make, to rest , everything else steps aside. The gates exist only to clear what obscures that signal.
01 - false motiveSincerity
The Weighing of Ma'at. Desire itself is not the problem. The gate tests what is attached to it.
02 - false capacityInfrastructure
The Hearth of Vesta. The instrument must function. Maintenance is structural, not emotional.
03 - false urgencyNecessity
The Reins of Helios. Movement requires three conditions. The situation supports it. You can actually do it. It is genuinely required now.
04 - false relevanceField
The Loom of the Norns. The gate tests whether the response belongs to the situation or to your pattern.
05 - false ownershipErasure
The Linen of Anubis. Action finishes. Identity tries to form around it. The gate clears the residue.
06 - false certaintyCalibration
The Dance of Nataraja. When humor disappears the protocol has hardened. The gate loosens the cage.
